The Lien Filings Module is comprised of a series of screens where information about a lien filing is entered. Screens display per your jurisdiction's implementation and if required information is not entered, an error message appears. You can file initial filings, amendments, and corrections. Debtor, secured party, collateral and real estate information can be added, modified and deleted according to your jurisdiction's implementation. Debtors and secured parties can be individuals or organizations.
