Viewing In Progress BE Filings

The In Progress Filings screen allows you to view filings and requests that have not been submitted. Filters can be used to display filings that are filed, under review (two-step review process), in the shopping cart or in progress (if not already displayed). If the status is In Progress or In Cart, the filing can be deleted. Filings with a status of Filed cannot be deleted as the filing is on record with the jurisdiction (refer to Viewing BE Filing History). The following table lists the Show Filings filter criteria used to display your information about your filings.

Definition

Accepted

Displays filings that have been accepted by the Secretary of State (SOS) office.

All

Displays all filings.

In Cart

Displays filings that have not yet been paid for.

In Progress

Displays filings that are in process and not yet paid for.

Rejected

Displays filings that have been rejected by the SOS.

Under Review

Displays filings that are being reviewed by the SOS as part of two-step processing.

How to change the filter settings:

  1. Select a status from the Show Filings drop-down list.

  2. Select a date value from the Show Filings drop-down list.

  3. Select the Refresh My Filing History button to display filings according to the filter criteria.

 


 

How to update a BE filing:

  1. Select the Update button. The screen you were on before completing the filing displays.

  2. Enter applicable information.

  3. Continue selecting the Next button until your updates are complete.

  4. Continue to the Shopping Cart if you are ready to review and pay for your filing or select In Progress Filings to return to that screen.  

 


 

How to update a search/copy request:

  1. Select the Update button. The screen you were on before completing the request displays.

  2. If needed, search for and select the business entity (refer to Searching for a BE for details).

  1. Enter certificate and copy information, if needed.

  1. Continue to the Shopping Cart if you are ready to review and pay for your filing or select In Progress Filings  to return to that screen.

 


 

How to delete a filing:

  1. Select the Delete button. A confirmation message displays.

  1. Select OK to close the message and permanently delete the filing.
