Managing Certificate of Existence
Certain filing types with a domesticity of foreign require that you
attach a Certificate of Existence.
Notes:
Screens, fields
and labels that display are based on your jurisdiction's implementation
and may not reflect your filing type.
- If you need to re-enter information, select the
button labeled Previous to
return to the screen you were on prior to the current screen.
- Contact
your Secretary of State office if you have questions about this or
any procedure in SystemWORKS Help.
How to attach a
certificate of existence:
- After navigating from the previous screen the Certificate of Existence screen
displays.
- Attach a current, original certificate of good
standing or certificate of existence to this filing.
- Select the Browse
button to search for your document.
- Choose the document and then select the
Upload button
to add the document to the filing.
- Refer to Attaching
Documents for additional information on attaching documents,
if needed.
- Select the Next:
Review Filing button to continue.
