Using the Help System

This is the online help application. To find information quickly, browse the contents to the left or select the index and search tabs above.

How to browse through the topics:

In the left pane of the help application select to open a book and display the topics it contains.
In the left pane of the help application select to display the contents of a topic in the right pane.
If a book contains sub-books, select any book to open and view a list of related topics.

How to find specific information:

Search for information in the main help application. You can search for keywords by selecting Index or Search.

What do you want to do?

Use the following icons to navigate the help application.

Icon	Description
	Display the topics in that book.
	Display the contents of a topic in the right pane.
	Search for information using the Index.
	Search for information using keywords.
	View terms and definitions in the glossary.
	Print the current topic.
	Hide the contents pane.

Performing a Search

The FileONE SystemWORKS online help provides full text searching that returns a comprehensive list of results, matching the text entered in the Search text box. The search results are listed in alphabetical order making it easier to find the topic you need. Selecting the Highlight search results check box highlights all instances of the search text in the topic selected. The search feature does not support wildcard searches such as *, ?, etc.
