The General Information screen is where information about your filing can be entered/viewed. Depending on filing type/domesticity, some of the fields that display are: Name, BE Type, Domesticity, and Duration.
When creating a new entity with a foreign domesticity, the General Info. screen requires that certain information be entered: Date of Incorporation, where it was organized, and duration. The effective date is the date it is filed, unless you indicate a future date.
